EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Arizona State Capitol, Phoenix, Arizona
Exhibits Open During Event : 6:00pm – 8:30pm
Exhibitor Set Up: Saturday, July 31st 12pm to 3pm

Exhibit/Vendor Booth Policies :

One 10’ wide x 8’ deep booth space : $25

Booth space must be paid in FULL in advance and is non-refundable. **Vendors must supply own tables & chairs.**

 

Booth placement will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis prior to the event.

  

Any authorized vendor with a booth is allowed to have up to 2 people per booth selling or distributing materials. 

 

No sale of food or beverages is permitted other than by pre-appproved vendors.

  

No selling distributing or collection of materials among the crowd (outside of the booth space) is allowed at any time.

 

A limited number of exhibit booths will be available to certain local charitable organizations and neighborhood Tea Parties who qualify and who are not selling merchandise.

  

All exhibitors & their associates, employees or agents agrees to hold Speak Out America, the State of Arizona and their employees or agents harmless from and against all claims, actions, costs, damages, losses or liabilities that may arise in connection with Speak Up America – Stand With Arizona.
