I am also on immigrant. I came to USA twenty years ago and proudly became America Citizen. Arizona State have all the rights to protect the borthers and their citizens from all the illegals and criminals that try to come here in such way. I really think the idea is good but this is not the answer. My parents entered this country many years ago. My father joined the service and served 7 years during ww2 then went on to work 30 years for the Federal Avation. They came from eastern Canada, learned english before they entered and were great and proud to become Americans. I know these laws are not about people that followed the system but there are a ton of folks that want to follow the rules but we make it kinda hard to become a legal here...not all folks entering the USA are bad people and I think keeping them all out is not exactly the way we need to do it. We created mess and now we can't solve it...what a shame for all the nice honest folks that want to live here..

We support Arizona and will be visiting your great state this summer. We are ashamed of Austin, Texas, and its liberal, out-to-lunch policies. And I might add, ashamed of any politician, city or state that attacks Arizona!

Problem: Hard working, responsible people sneaking into the U.S. to better themselves.
Able bodied, lazy citizens demanding welfare support without any willingness to work.

Solution: For each hard working person found here, citizenship.
For each lazy citizen on welfare, transportation to the country of origin of the hard working person granted citizenship.

Outcome: Reduced welfare & taxes at all levels of government.

If you work to better yourself, you stay. If not, you are provided your last free benefit, transportation.
This applies to all able bodied men and women in this country now. Border closure must also be implemented at the same time.

Its amazing how California Cities and people boycott Arizona when California itself has a similar law to SB1070

I am behind Arizona. No one has the right to tell them how to run their state. especially the illegal aliens. They need to go home.

We normally book a condo for one week in Scottsdale in the fall. This year we booked two weeks as a show of support for AZ.

It took me 6 mos & lots of stress to apply to work here as a travel nurse from Canada...(even tho I was BORN in Washington....I applaud u americans for taking a stand...alot of places in Canada are a mess d/t violence & illegals....who....I am going to post a letter I have kept for yrs from a "letter to the editor" Vancouver Sun...pretty well sums it up...

My name is Irwin Mueses Born in NYC. My parents are from the dominican republic which came here legally with work visa in the 70's then was granted citizenship. This issue has bothered me as a Hispanic american but I don not support illegal immigrants constantly breaking the law. It is a privallage to receive citizenship and being apart of this great nation. If they want to migrate to this country do it the way. Go thru proper channels of your exciting country and apply for a visa. Hi, I'm an "alien"... Englishman, Desert Storm Veteran, and post military service a qualified intensive care RN. I have visited the USA twice, both times i have stayed with friends in AZ (Mesa).







The friendship and lifestyle impressed me to the point that if i could, i would live and work (legally) in Arizona. However i respect the rule of Law, so until i could acheive that goal i happily accept that i would be limited to visit for vacation only.







If it ever happend that i could legally live in Arizona, I agree 100% that only by the upholding of border law can a sustainable economy be maintained for all citizens of the state. I do have sympathy for those who try to better themselves, however this should always only be within the law.







I Stand with Arizona, (even 5500 miles away) for the right to maintain its immigration and border laws.
